Emotional Body is a somatic, introspective, and collaborative program for women who are seeking to foster greater ease, alignment, and resiliency in their bodies and emotional lives.
In this trauma-informed program, we will delve into the connection between our physical and emotional bodies, gently exploring their inner workings while developing tools to feel centered and thrive.
In our six Sessions together, WE will:
Understand the Nervous System: Delve into the science of the nervous system, learn how it directs our emotional states, and discover how to tenderly work with it—including as a highly sensitive/neurodivergent person
Explore Trauma and the Body: Learn how trauma gets lodged in the body and how to gently and effectively transform old emotional holding patterns*
Self-Connect and Self-Regulate: Practice somatic techniques—including grounding exercises, breath/meditation, and mindful movement—to navigate emotional triggers, stay resourced during stressful moments, and build greater overall capacity to field overwhelm, anxiety, and difficulty in life
Honor Intuition: Expand our ability to trust ourselves and connect to our intuition as an infinitely wise and valuable guidance system
Create Supportive Practices: Develop personalized strategies to integrate these tools into daily life for ongoing emotional resilience and wellbeing
See and Be Seen: Cultivate a nurturing, respectful, and joyful space together for authentic connection and personal growth
*I am a somatic emotional health coach; I am not an LMFT or LCSW. If you are currently experiencing acute PTSD or cPTSD, please seek support from a licensed clinician <3.
you will leave with:

ABOUT ME
I believe that vulnerability takes incredible courage. That mindfulness and self-compassion are paramount in cultivating meaningful change. And that we are all doing the best we can, at any given moment, with what we have developed and what we have been given.
I grew up in Los Angeles, CA. With a background in contemporary art, holistic nutrition, teaching, and writing, I have lived what feels like many lives. Being confronted by darkness within myself throughout these professional eras—via extreme sensitivity, enveloping heartbreak, disordered relationships with food, and relational trauma—led me down a decade+-long path of internal inquiry, therapy, spiritual seeking, and transformation. Through these often eviscerating and unrelenting portals, I have gained both a reservoir of tools for healing and a rootedness in Self beyond what I ever imagined was possible. It is my privilege and passion to witness, affirm, and share these tools with you.
